Decide what readers compare

Use short comparison blocks, service lists or itinerary details only where they help a reader make a decision.. Start by listing the fields a reader must compare or verify. Use a real table when rows and columns express relationships; use labelled text blocks when the information is short or irregular. A table chosen only to force alignment can make reading order and later editing harder.

Build one repeatable data pattern

Create headings, labels, units and value positions before entering all records. Keep comparable fields in the same order. Use table header cells for genuine data tables and avoid blank rows as visual spacing. For brochures, the repeated pattern should make missing or unusually long values visible during review.

Protect accuracy during layout

Do not retype approved figures merely to fit a design. Keep a source list beside the publication and mark transformations such as shortened units or rounded values. After a font or column change, inspect row wrapping and confirm that every value still belongs to the correct label. This matters especially when front-cover promise, reader problem or context, key benefits or sections, supporting evidence and contact and next step share a compact page.

Plan the update path

Maintain stable panel roles and update facts, prices, staff, dates and calls to action as one controlled revision.. Add an effective date, issue reference or version where stale data would mislead.
