Start with meaning and order
A reader should be able to identify the purpose of the certificate, navigate its sections and understand the required action without decoding the visual design. The intended audience is recipients and organisations needing a clear record of recognition or completion, and the goal is to present the recipient, achievement, issuer and date with formal clarity. Use descriptive headings for issuing organisation, certificate title, recipient name, achievement and date and authorising names, signatures or reference and keep their reading order logical in both the page layout and exported document.
