Start with meaning and order

A reader should be able to identify the purpose of the church bulletin, navigate its sections and understand the required action without decoding the visual design. The intended audience is a congregation needing service information, notices and contact routes for the coming week, and the goal is to combine the current service sequence with concise, dependable community notices. Use descriptive headings for service title and date, service order or readings, weekly notices, calendar and contact details and safeguarding or access information and keep their reading order logical in both the page layout and exported document.

Make text readable
