Decide what readers compare

Names, dates, readings, music titles, response wording and sequence should be approved by the ceremony lead.. Start by listing the fields a reader must compare or verify. Use a real table when rows and columns express relationships; use labelled text blocks when the information is short or irregular. A table chosen only to force alignment can make reading order and later editing harder.

Build one repeatable data pattern

Create headings, labels, units and value positions before entering all records. Keep comparable fields in the same order. Protect accuracy during layout
