Professional Monthly-to-Yearly changes charge £59.99 immediately, preserve the current paid month and append the 12-month term after it. Yearly-to-Monthly changes first bill at the existing Yearly renewal or expiry. Cancelling stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the paid period and unused time is not refunded.
